The smokehouse oven is comprised of two main components: the furnace body and the smoke chamber. The furnace body houses essential elements such as a motor, axial flow fan, trapezoidal design, temperature probe, U-shaped electric heating pipes on both sides, sewage outlet, independent air duct and flue, large fully transparent glass window, adjustable support legs, and moving wheels. The smokehouse chamber consists of external and built-in fumes. This smokehouse also offers mechanization, electrification, and continuous production capabilities, significantly improving overall efficiency.
