VER medium scale battering machine could make an even coating for the surface of hamburger patties, nuggets, potato pie, pumpkin pie and kebab made from chicken, beef, meat, seafood, by transporting the slurry from the slurry tank to the spraying system through a slurry pump, and then form a waterfall-type spraying slurry, which is suitable for relatively small, thin, light and easily broken products.

By appropriately adjusting the conveying speed of the mesh belt and the position of the air knife, all the products are arranged neatly and fully coated with a two-layer batter curtain on the top and a batter under-bath, also the air volume could be controlled by adjusting the air volume control valve on the air pipe to avoid excessive and waste.
